Secret weapon.

Speaking the Word of God is one of the most important spiritual disciplines

that we can do in our lives. It not only breaks the power of the enemies

in our lives, but it also produces blessings for us and for those for whom

we pray.  Never take this lightly!  Do it especially when you do not feel

like it!  At times, my wife Carol will say, “Larry, let’s speak the Word.”

I know she is really serious when she calls me “Brother Larry.”  I know

that when she says that it’s usually at a time when that is the last

thing that I feel like doing.  But in doing it we always get the victory!

Prayer Book

Secret weapon.

Speaking the Word of God is one of the most important spiritual disciplines that we can do in our lives.  It not only breaks the power of the enemies in our lives, but it also produces blessings for us and for those for whom we pray.  Never take this lightly!  Do it especially when you do not feel like it!  At times, my wife Carol will say, “Larry, let’s speak the Word.”  I know she is really serious when she calls me “Brother Larry.”  I know that when she says that it’s usually at a time when that is the last thing that I feel like doing.  But in doing it we always get the victory!

How to use this prayer book.

Write a list of people, nations and ministries for whom you are praying.  Then speak their names.  Then pray these Scriptures over them.  Pray them over yourself, your family and your ministry.

When you speak the Word of God out of your mouth, His breath is released into your prayer. It is the same breath that God released in Genesis 1:2-3, which says, “The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep.  And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light” (Genesis 1:2-3).

When your life or the lives of those you pray for is “without form, and void,” speak the Word in prayer.

Entering into the rest of God.

The reason and purpose of praying the Word.

Jesus is the High Priest over our confessions.  When the Word of God is confessed and prayed over a person or a situation, it is powerful!  Jesus created everything by His Word.  Jesus is the Word.  Jesus gave us the authority to use the Word as if it were Him saying it!

John 1:1-3 says, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God.  All things came into being through Him, and without Him not even one thing came into being that has come into being.”

The Passover.

When the Passover was administered to Israel in Exodus 12, the Israelites were told to put the blood of an innocent lamb over their doors and the death angel (demon) would “pass over” and not hurt them.  Jesus is the Lamb of God, and we can put His blood over our doors and over the doors of our loved ones and those that we pray for.  How?

Revelation 12:11 says, “And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb, and because of the word of their testimony.  And they did not love their soul to the death.”

The words of our mouth will apply the blood.  Notice in Exodus 12 that as long as the lamb’s blood stayed in the basin, it did no good.  But when they took the hyssop, dipped it in the blood and applied to their door, then God and the devil could see it.  The hyssop was a common weed, which did not seem to have much value. The words of our mouth do not seem to have much value, but when we dip them into the Word of God (Who is Jesus Himself) and apply them as blood, God sees it and the devil sees it!

Jesus takes our confession and makes it powerful.

Hebrews 3:1 says, “Therefore, holy brothers, called to be partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus.”

When we speak God’s Word, Jesus takes it to the Father and asks Him to perform it.  John 16:23 says, “And in that day you shall ask Me nothing. Truly, truly, I say to you, Whatever you shall ask the Father in My name, He will give you.”

Then we can enter into rest and let the Word do the work.

Hebrews 4:1 says, “Therefore, a promise being left to enter into His rest, let us fear lest any of you should seem to come short of it.”

His work was finished from the foundation of the earth, therefore we can believe.

Hebrews 4:3 says, “For we who have believed do enter that rest, as He has said: ‘So I swore in My wrath, They shall not enter My rest,’ although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.”

“For the word of God is living and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing apart of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart” (Hebrews 4:12).

Angels go to work when they hear God’s Word.  “Bless the LORD, O angels of His, who excel in strength, who do His command, listening to the voice of His word” (Psalm 103:20).

Demons flee! Psalm 149:5-9 says, “Let the saints be joyful in glory; let them sing aloud on their beds. Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand, to carry out vengeance on the nations and punishments on the peoples, (representing our spiritual enemies) to bind their kings with chains and their nobles with iron-bands, to carry out on them the judgment written; this is an honor for all His saints. Praise the LORD!”

Morning Prayers.

“Oh, send out Your light and Your truth! Let them lead me; Let them bring me to Your holy hill and to Your tabernacle” (Psalm 43:3).

“I am going to see God’s favor in a greater way. New doors are going to begin to open for me. Supernatural opportunities are coming my way.  God is setting up divine connections for me.  I’m always at the right place at the right time.  I am going to overcome every obstacle and defeat every enemy. I’m going to see every dream, every desire that God has placed in my heart come to pass in Jesus’ name!”

Evening prayers.

My dear Lord Jesus, I come to You now to be restored in You, to be renewed in You, to receive Your love and life, to take refuge in You.  I honor You as my Sovereign, and I surrender every aspect of my life totally and completely to You.  I give You my body soul, and spirit: my heart, mind, and will.  I cover myself with Your blood, and I ask Your Holy Spirit to restore my union with You, renew me in You, and lead me in this time of prayer.  (Sometimes I add “my imagination” or “my sexuality” if I sense consecration is needed there.  And because we have children, we consecrate our sons as well.)

I bring the kingdom of God and the authority of the Lord Jesus Christ over my home, my bedroom, my sleeping, all through the hours of this night and the new day.  I bring the full work of the Lord Jesus Christ throughout my home tonight – the atmosphere in every room, over every object and furnishing, all media, and the very structure of my home.  And in the authority of Jesus Christ I bring the full work of Jesus Christ between all people and me now – their spirits, souls, and bodies, their sin and warfare.  (I name those people now.)

I command the judgment of the Lord Jesus Christ on every foul power and black art. I bring the cross and the blood of Christ, I bring His resurrection and life, His authority rule, and dominion against every hex, vex, and incantation.  Against every spell, all rituals, and all ritual devices, all satanic rituals and satanic ritual devices.  Against every vow, dedication, and sacrifice.  Against every word, every judgment, and every curse.  I send it all to the abyss in the authority of the Lord Jesus Christ and in His name.

I now bring the authority of the Lord Jesus Christ and the fullness of His work against Satan and his kingdom.  I bring the cross, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus Christ against every foul and unclean spirit – every ruler, power, authority, and spiritual force of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12).  I command all foul and unclean spirits bound from my home and from my household (remember, “bind the strong man”), together with all their underlings, backups, and replacements, in the authority of the Lord Jesus Christ and in His name.

I announce the kingdom of God over my home and my house this night.  I summon the angels of the Lord Jesus Christ and ask them to build a shield of protection around me and my home (Hebrews 1:14), I ask Your Spirit to fill my home with Your presence and to go forth and raise prayer and intercession for me this night.  All this I pray in the mighty name of the Lord Jesus Christ, to His glory.  Amen.

Prayer for individuals for salvation.

Matthew 16:26-27 says,  “For what is a man profited if he shall gain the whole world and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?”

Jesus is the Lamb that took away the sins of these people:

Salvation Prayer Weapons

“…Behold, I am against your magic charms by which you hunt souls there like birds.  I will tear them from your arms, and let the souls go, the souls you hunt like birds” (Ezekiel 13:17-20).

Salvation Prayer for individuals and groups.

Satan, spirit of unbelief, let go of the minds you have taken in the Name of Jesus.  Let go of the veil that you are holding over their spiritual eyes.  We cast down anything that would exalt itself against the knowledge of God, specifically pride and rebellion.  We take down all known strongholds, thought patterns, opinions on religion, materialism, fear.

Cover their hearts with the blood of Jesus. I pray that God would lift the veil over them and that the Holy Spirit would hover over them and protect them.

Revelation 20 says that God would send labors into the harvest, angels to chain the demons that have been deceiving the unbelievers.

Acts 26:18: “to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.”

Psalm 9:20: “Put them in fear, O LORD: that the nations [gentiles, or unbelievers] may know themselves to be but men. Selah.”

Ezekiel 36:26-27:  “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. “I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them.”

Prayer for governments and nations.

We give thanks that the government of these nations are upon Jesus’ shoulder, and we hold up in prayer all the men and women in positions of authority over us in any way.  We ask You Father to send laborers, filled with the spirit of wisdom and might, to surround our leaders with godly counsel and insight.  We ask You to remove from positions of authority those who stubbornly oppose righteousness and replace them with men and women who will follow You and Your appointed course for them.

As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the LORD surrounds His people from this time forth and forever. For the scepter of wickedness shall not rest on the land allotted to the righteous, lest the righteous reach out their hands to iniquity. Do good, O LORD, to those who are good, and to those who are upright in their hearts. As for such as turn aside to their crooked ways, the LORD shall lead them away with the workers of iniquity. Peace be upon Israel!”

4 Let them be confounded and put to shame that seek after my soul: let them be turned back and brought to confusion that devise my hurt.

5 Let them be as chaff before the wind: and let the angel of the LORD chase them.

6 Let their way be dark and slippery: and let the angel of the LORD persecute them.

Prayer against witchcraft and manipulation.

Isaiah 47

1 “Come down and sit in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon; sit on the ground without a throne, O daughter of the Chaldeans! For you shall no more be called Tender and delicate.

2 Take the millstones and grind meal. Remove your veil, take off the skirt, uncover the thigh, pass through the rivers.

3 Your nakedness shall be uncovered, Yes, your shame will be seen; I will take vengeance, and I will not arbitrate with a man.”

4 As for our Redeemer, the LORD of hosts is His name, The Holy One of Israel.

5 “Sit in silence, and go into darkness, O daughter of the Chaldeans; for you shall no longer be called The Lady of Kingdoms.

6 I was angry with My people; I have profaned My inheritance, and given them into your hand. You showed them no mercy; on the elderly you laid your yoke very heavily.

7 And you said, ‘I shall be a lady forever,’ so that you did not take these things to heart, nor remember the latter end of them.

8 “Therefore hear this now, you who are given to pleasures, who dwell securely, who say in your heart, ‘I am, and there is no one else besides me; I shall not sit as a widow, nor shall I know the loss of children’;

9 But these two things shall come to you in a moment, in one day: The loss of children, and widowhood. They shall come upon you in their fullness because of the multitude of your sorceries, for the great abundance of your enchantments.

10 “For you have trusted in your wickedness; you have said, ‘No one sees me’; your wisdom and your knowledge have warped you; and you have said in your heart, ‘I am, and there is no one else besides me.’

11 Therefore evil shall come upon you; you shall not know from where it arises. And trouble shall fall upon you; you will not be able to put it off. And desolation shall come upon you suddenly, which you shall not know.

12 “Stand now with your enchantments and the multitude of your sorceries, in which you have labored from your youth – perhaps you will be able to profit, perhaps you will prevail.

13 You are wearied in the multitude of your counsels; Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, and the monthly prognosticators stand up and save you from what shall come upon you.

14 Behold, they shall be as stubble, the fire shall burn them; they shall not deliver themselves from the power of the flame; It shall not be a coal to be warmed by, Nor a fire to sit before!

15 Thus shall they be to you with whom you have labored, your merchants from your youth; they shall wander each one to his quarter. No one shall save you.”

Protection.

Psalm 91:1-16:

1 “He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

2 I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;

6 Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.

7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.

8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.

9 Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;

10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.

11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.

12 They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.

13 Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.

14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.

15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.

16 With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.”

James 4:7: “Therefore submit yourselves to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”

Psalms 34:7: “The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.”

Romans 5:9: “Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.”

Revelation 12:11: “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.”

Psalm 23:

“The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.

2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.

4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.”

Blessings.

Psalm 5:12:“For You, O LORD, will bless the righteous; With favor You will surround him as with a shield.”

We put the fruit of the sins of these people, and their family inequities to be reaped on the Cross, because Galatians 3:13-14 says,

“Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”), that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.”

Proverbs 3:24: “When you lie down, you will not be afraid; Yes, you will lie down and your sleep will be sweet.”

Deuteronomy 28:1-13:

1 “Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the LORD your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the LORD your God will set you high above all nations of the earth.

2 And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the LORD your God:

3 Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the country.

4 Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, the produce of your ground and the increase of your herds, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks.

5 Blessed shall be your basket and your kneading bowl.

6 Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out.

7 The LORD will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways.

8 The LORD will command the blessing on you in your storehouses and in all to which you set your hand, and He will bless you in the land which the LORD your God is giving you.

9 The LORD will establish you as a holy people to Himself, just as He has sworn to you, if you keep the commandments of the LORD your God and walk in His ways.

10 Then all peoples of the earth shall see that you are called by the name of the LORD, and they shall be afraid of you.

11 And the LORD will grant you plenty of goods, in the fruit of your body, in the increase of your livestock, and in the produce of your ground, in the land of which the LORD swore to your fathers to give you.

12 The LORD will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow.

13 And the LORD will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them.”

Psalm 144:12-14:

12 “That our sons may be as plants grown up in their youth; that our daughters may be as corner stones, polished after the similitude of a palace:

13 That our garners may be full, affording all manner of store: that our sheep may bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our streets:

14 That our oxen may be strong to labour; that there be no breaking in, nor going out; that there be no complaining in our streets.”

1 Peter 1:4-5: “(Born again) to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.”

Financial.

2 Corinthians 9:10-11: “Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness; being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God.”

Proverbs 19:17: “He who has pity on the poor lends to the LORD, and He will pay back what he has given.”

Health.

21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.

22 For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.”

Isaiah 58:8: “Then your light shall break forth like the morning, Your healing shall spring forth speedily, and your righteousness shall go before you; the glory of the LORD shall be your rear guard.”

For spiritual vision and ability to see and hear.

Ephesians 1:17-19: “that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power.”

Ephesians 3:16-20:

“That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;

17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,

18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;

19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.

20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.”

Prayer for family under attack from the enemy:

Father God we come to you in the mighty name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  We speak peace over our household.  Lord we ask that you surround us with your love and presence so the firey darts of the enemy can not penetrate.  We bind all conflict, fear, threats, and words that are not filled with love.  Father God we bind anger from causing anymore hurt, shame, or sorrow.  Father God we speak blessings and love to flow from out of the mouth of our family members...Father God we ask you to continue the work you started in us as we have been reunited with you and love you and each other.  We speak to this whole element of shame, confusion, and blame, and we say be ye removed from the heart so that nothing but love can flow from out of the mouth of our family members. Father God we know that You know that our family member is one of your chosen and right now we speak life where there has been death, we speak peace where there has been war, we speak love where there has been hate, and faith where there has been fear.  You tell us to speak to the mountain and say go and it must flee. So Father once again we sing praises in our hearts to You and Your wonderful life giving word that can not return void.

Father God may thy will be done in the lives of our family and ministry where there will be an abundance of love to overflow on all that encounter our family. Father God we say thanks for the victory we already have of complete wholeness in body, soul, and spirit of our entire family.  No weapon formed against us shall prosper.  Give us the ears to hear You Father and let us receive the faith and love that we long for giving us the assurance that You Dear God are our Heavenly Father. Let us see the love you have for us and the sacrifice you have made for us because of your willingness to spill your love out on the Cross through Jesus!!!  Let this love spring forth and ignite all the goodness and love you have planted within our family so that we no longer suffer from any fear, but rather walk in complete wellness in mind, body and soul.  In Jesus' name we pray.

Amen!

Prayer for Blessings in a ministry or mission:

Father God we praise you for your mighty works.  You indeed are so good!!  Father God You tell us to bring our requests to You and they will be granted.  "So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened." (Luke 11:9-10)

So God we come to you asking for favor, funding, books, buildings, Kingdom Connection Hook-Ups, and most of all continue the thirst in Your people for Your word, in the _____________________________________________ ministry.  Give them wisdom, understanding, knowledge, and discernment so that they will know who You are and how much You love them.  This revelation of Your love will compel them to  freely choose to follow You.   Oh! God! When You give them revelation knowledge in a loving relationship with Jesus... for there is none other who can compete with You God...bring them into the fold and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, let Your Spirit stir up within them so that they submit to walk out their lives growing in Your Truth and Your love...set them free from all chains that have bound them.  May the joy of the Lord be their strength and they be led by the Holy Spirit...walking in full obedience to Your word and to Your voice.

Bless the workers in the field and give them Dear Lord their hearts' desires as they continue to pour out Your love to others to grow Your Kingdom. Give them LORD giftings that will enable them to walk out Your perfect will for their lives for Your glory. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.  In Jesus' name we pray.

Prayer For Parents With A Wayward Child:

“May you continue to be as wise as a serpent and as harmless as a dove."

He is a God who loves to magnify Himself, and He longs for us to magnify Him, because He is God and our magnification of Him continues to be way too small.  So we cry out to Him O Holy Spirit, only by Your power and might, make all things new, pure, true, and holy for God's Glory!!!  Help us Holy Spirit to magnify our Lord.

God OH God, order our steps in Jesus name I pray.  May we become living vessels for Your glory.  Go with our son/daughter today.  Father God You reign in all of his/her dealings.  Let Christ's presence be so strong that they hear His wisdom and speak His words, and operate in His Holy Power.  O God we cry out to You and You alone on behalf of our child and our family.  Let all that is done and said be for Your glory and Your glory alone.  Father God we know that our child has Your word planted deep inside of him/her.  Father God help him/her to yield to Your will...bar the door that has been opened by the enemy.  Our child is no longer to look like him, move like him, or talk like him...for our son/daughter O Lord God is a child of You...The King of Glory...Have Your way LORD...Have Your way...in Jesus Holy name we do pray!

Warfare Prayer

Father, I bow in worship, praise and thanksgiving before You.  I surrender myself completely to You.  I am covered with the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ as my protection.  I am submitted to God, I resist the devil and he must flee.  In the name of Jesus, I bring the blood of the Lamb against all the works of the enemy.

True and living God, You are worthy to receive all glory and honor.  You love me; You sent Your Son to die as my substitute; You completely forgave me through Him; You gave me His perfect righteousness; You made me complete in Him; He won total victory for me on the cross and in His resurrection; You adopted me into Your family; You assumed all responsibility for me; You offer Yourself to me to be my daily help and strength.  Your provision for me is complete.  Blessed Holy Spirit, I live and pray this day in complete dependence on You.  Pray Your prayers through me.

I have mighty spiritual weapons.  I choose to stand aggressively in the full armor, which is Jesus Himself.  I claim all His victory today.  I am now seated in heaven with Him.  In Jesus’ name, the enemy is under my feet.  In Jesus’ name, I tear down the strongholds of Satan and reject all his plans formed against my body, mind, will and emotions.  I reject all his schemes of hindrance, insinuation, accusation, temptation, lies and deception.  Show me where I am giving any ground to him, and cleanse me from every foothold.

The word of God is true, and I will obey You and abide in You.  I put off the works of the old man, and I stand in the victory of Jesus to cleanse me from the flesh and enable me to live above all sin.  I put off all (my greatest struggles – selfishness, fear, doubt, lust, etc.) and put on (the new nature of holiness, righteousness, truth, courage, strength, faith, etc.).

You blessed me with all spiritual blessings in Christ Jesus. I welcome the Holy Spirit living in me to fulfill Your will.  Transform me and fill me with Your love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.

I stand on victory ground for today.  I claim all the work of the cross of Jesus, His resurrection power, His ascended authority and Pentecost for all my victory.  You are Lord of all my life this day.  In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Victory in Jesus.

You are the Name above all names, the Lord of heaven and earth, King of all kings, El Elyon-Most High God, Captain of the Lord’s hosts.  You are the Commander of all commanders, the Commander of the armies of heaven who has no equal who cannot lose, and You are by our side.

All power is yours, Sovereign God our Father.  We confess Jesus as our Savior and Lord.  We are in Christ, redeemed by His sacrifice on the cross, cleansed, and clothed in His righteousness.  We do not presume our safety.  We step intentionally into the protection of the blood of the worthy Lamb of God.  We plead the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ over all our personal lives, all our family, all possessions, our jobs and businesses, our ministries, and the people in our personal and spiritual jurisdiction.  The blood of the spotless Lamb of God is our Shield of protection from the destructive intent of the enemy.  Jesus has given us legitimate authority to tread on all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall injure us (Luke 10:19).

Because of the cross of Jesus, the devil has no place in us, no power, dominion, or authority over us.  We overcome him by the victory of the blood of Jesus.  He has no unsettled claims nor effectual assignments against us.  We stand against every lie the deceiver ever told us.  We take back all ground we ever gave him and close every door we ever opened to him, intentionally or in ignorance.  We refuse his accusations and condemnation, because all our sins and guilt are nailed to the cross.  We refuse to converse with the devil.  We refuse his tactics of fear and intimidation.  Our weapons through God are mighty to pull down enemy strongholds.  In the name of Jesus, in His authority, by His blood, according to His word, and in the power of His Spirit, we pull down every stronghold of the enemy in our lives.  We resist everything that exalts itself against knowing God and obeying His will.

We overcome the enemy by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimony.  We claim the perfect freedom of Jesus.  We receive all the fullness the Holy Spirit living in us.  We yield all of ourselves to all of God.  We plead, Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, in our lives as it is in heaven this day.  We stand in all the victory that is in Christ Jesus, in whose precious name we pray. Amen.

Bondage Breaking Prayer.

Father, we come boldly to Your throne of grace, and find mercy and grace to help in time of need.  Grant _______________release from bondage to strongholds of the enemy.  We plead the blood of Jesus to cancel all commands of the powers of darkness in _        ’s life.  Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil.  His blood defeated the god of this age.  In Jesus’ name, take back all ground ___________ gave the enemy.  Draw ____________ out of bondage and deception.

We have the heavenly intercession of the Holy Spirit and Jesus.  Father, focus the intercession of the Spirit on __________________.  Answer these prayers according to Your perfect will.  Lord Jesus, our Intercessor, apply all Your mighty work against the enemy.  Bring all the power of the incarnation, crucifixion, resurrection and ascension against the assignments seeking to destroy

Most High God, contend with those who contend with _________________. Rebuke the enemy in all his operations.  Dispatch mighty warrior angels to do battle on ___________________’s behalf.

Send Your light and Your truth and lead __________________.  Remove all spiritual blindness, deafness and hardness of heart.  Grant __________________ eyes to see, ears to hear and a heart that seeks You.  I plead Your mercy and grace over all ___________________________’s personal sin, failure and family iniquities.  Break through and heal       ___________________________’s wounded spirit.  Bind a hedge of thorns around that will repel all the works of darkness in ______________________’s life.

This battle is not against flesh and blood, and we have spiritual weapons that set captives free.  By Your Holy Spirit, break every yoke of bondage in ___________________________’s life.  Grant ___________________________’s – conviction of sin with godly sorrow to repentance and deliverance from captivity.  Set ___________________________ completely free.  It is written; you shall know the truth and the Truth shall set you free.  We overcome by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimony.  Thank You for Your mighty work by the blood of Christ Jesus.  Thank You for granting me the grace, power, persistence, and love in intercession with faith for ___________________________ until You are glorified in their life.  In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Prayer for Generational Bondages.

“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death” (Revelation 12:11).

Father, I confess that my family and I have been bound in generational iniquities of, etc. (Ask God to show you.) You are faithful and just to break these bondages and forgive these sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.  We have an Advocate, our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ, who pleads our case.  All power is in the blood of the Lamb, which sealed our “not guilty” verdict.

According to the prayer of Daniel in Daniel chapter 9, we repent for our own sins, the sins or our forefathers and the sins of our children.

In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and on the basis of His finished work, I take back from the enemy all ground that our family has given him.  I reject his influence and cover these areas with the blood of Jesus.  In Jesus’ name, I renounce all unholy communications and relationships established by the powers of darkness in our family line.  In Jesus’ name, I bind, cancel and break all spirits in our family line that are keeping our family in bondage.  The enemy has no legal ground in our lives to continue to exploit these generational strongholds, because the power of the cross rendered him legally null and void.

I bring God’s word against the enemy.  I submit to God and resist the devil, so he has to flee.  The finished work of my Lord Jesus Christ binds powers, principalities, rulers of the darkness, thrones, dominions and spiritual wickedness in high places.  The name and authority of Jesus rebukes, cancels and nullifies all wicked contracts and assignments of familiar spirits.  This is a legal cease and desist order.  The enemy cannot win – God contends with those who contend with us.

Captain of the Lord’s host, send mighty warrior angels to protect us at the command of Jesus.  True and living God, send all curses back to their source.  Refer the consequences to the cross of the worthy Lamb of God, who bore them by His sinless sacrifice.  We are Your blood-bought children.  Send angels to fill up this house, so that nothing can influence us but the power of the living God.  Come, Holy Spirit, into our greatest needs and give us a revelation that Jesus is the answer.  Speak grace, truth, wisdom and revelation to us in love.  As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.  The Lord Jesus Christ has all authority here.  Amen.

Evening Prayer for the Home.

God set apart the priests to carry the ark of the covenant, to minister to Him, and to bless the people in His name (Deut. 10:8). Upholding the word and presence of God, praising and praying to Him, and blessing His people were the perpetual assignment of priests (Jer. 33:18). We are priests by the blood of the New Covenant with the same charge of continual prayer and blessing (I Thes. 5:17, Heb. 13:15). Pray this priestly prayer out loud for your family each evening.

Father, as Your priest in this home, I bow before You to worship and adore You.  You are all-loving, all-wise, and all powerful.  You are worthy of all honor, praise and glory.  I come to you in Jesus’ name and by the sacrifice of His atoning blood which covers our sins this day.  As I confess my sins of ____________________, You are faithful and just to forgive me of sin and cleanse me of all unrighteousness.  Thank You for Your mercy.  I am clothed in the righteousness of the worthy Lamb and anointed with the oil of Your Spirit.  You have blessed me with every spiritual blessing, authority and strength in Christ Jesus.

I present our family to You, as the priest of our home.  Thank You for the protection of the precious blood of Jesus covering us, our property, and our possessions against the schemes of the enemy to steal, kill, and destroy.  You have clothed us in the full armor of the Lord Jesus to withstand all the flaming missiles of the enemy.  The blood of Jesus is between my family and all evil footholds of the enemy, which we may have invited by ignorance or disobedience.  Break the power of any soulish prayers that have been offered for any of us not in Your perfect will.  In Jesus’ name, I command the enemy to leave this home.  Send mighty warring angels to surround us, dismiss all enemy assignments, and protect us from harm (Psalm 91).

Fill our household with Your Spirit, so that sin has no dominion here.  Minister your love, joy and peace to us.  You are our rear guard throughout the night (Isa. 52:12). Bless us with refreshing and renewing sleep to awake to a new day of Your plans for us.  Thank You for the assurance of Your covenant of faithfulness to us.  Draw us closer to You, give us a passion for Jesus and bless us to fulfill Your highest purposes.  Thank You for the right and privilege of protecting my family by this prayer offered in Jesus’ name.  Amen.
